Durham Screen 6, 28th Oct, Depeche Mode M, sound quality was terrible, complained about how quiet and muffled the sound was after film started, said it would be looked into, did not improve. Now found out there was an issue with the Dolby sound, paying £47 for two tickets is a joke for a concert film with crap sound, expect a refund.

Rude staff, could not even buy a pack of juice as it was part of an offer, even though I suggested to pay for all the items. Was forced to explain my choice of a drink in front of other customers. Horrible experience on a night out. Staff clearly needs some additional training!
Just ordered a cappuccino at the costa machine . They charged me £4 for a medium and the cup was on 3/4 full and Luke warm absolute rip off!
