This review is based on two visits this week: Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They really make a difference to your cinema experience. Cinéma is lovely and definitely has the luxury feel to it. Well outfitted and maintained. Bathrooms clean although paper towels would be ideal as I don’t like using hand dryers. The food is the biggest drawback. Popcorn was stale and wayyyy too salty. I expected much better for an 11:20am viewing. I ordered a hummous and flatbread on the second visit and it was not good. I recently had the pleasure of visiting this cinema and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Alex a staff member who served me and my friend. Their kindness and dedication to ensuring a positive customer experience were truly remarkable. The comfort of the cinema, combined with the outstanding service, makes this a venue I highly recommend and will certainly revisit.

I had a fantastic experience at Odeon Islington! A special shoutout to Alex, who was absolutely brilliant — so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to meet someone who can turn a trip to the cinema into something extra special, but Alex really did. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!
