This must be the dirtiest cinema we’ve ever seen especially the reception area. Facilities and chairs are great but we won’t be back due to the dirt. We mentioned it to the staff and they just laughed it off.
It's the worst cinema ever. I paid for a recliner+ and the chair wasn’t working. The toilet is so dirty; the urine smell is very strong inside. The manager is all over the place dealing with customers complaining. The staff seems very scared and not satisfied with how the manager conducts the place. I had a bad experience.Go to Hillingdon, and you will have a much more pleasant experience.
