It's really dirty the toilets had dried sick splattered up the walls that looked maybe a week or so old. Some staff are grumpy. Screens are outdated and of poor quality.
Great local cinema with lovely staff.
Looking very run down, toilets are old and dirty, screen 4 in particular kids can't see the screen and the booster seats are far too uncomfortable for them.
Managed to buy the wrong ticket online. Staff at the Odeon loughborough were super friendly and accommodating. Switched my ticket and now we are seeing the film we wanted to. This is still the best cinema I have ever been to. The art deco feel and friendly staff. Thanks guys.
