Average experience be carful of staff. Expensive. The Cinema is okay , my bed review comes from staff. My wallet was left at a last show in the evening I went back straight away and was already gone (the cinema was empty just me and my 3 friends) the wallet had all my cards & money. The staff had 0 care whatsoever and sort of shrugged it off. The next day all my cards were attempted in the galaria. Went here with family. Seats were like sitting on your own sofá...plush, padres and comfortably wide. Sound was excellent as was picture quality.

I had a very bad experience watching a movie with people talking on the phone, singing playing music and taking selfies! I went to speak to the manager James who is fantastic! He refunded us immediately without hesitation and apologised! James is fantastic manager and a true gentleman! Thank you James, will definitely be back! Thank you for making a miserable experience a positive one!!
