Nice cinema, been here a few times before. The staff here have always been excellent every time I have visited, yesterday was the first time I came with an online booking as the film I planned to see was already quite booked up. The screen is as big as it should be and the seats are ok (not the best but they do the job quite nicely). It is just over £1 more for a ticket here compared to the plaza but the good experience makes up for it. I was exploring the splendid area of Dorchester, when I stumbled upon the odeon and fancied watching the new live action lilo and stitch. A handsome boy named josh scanned my tickets and told me what screen I needed to go to, was genuinely unreal service, made my day 🥰

I attended this cinema (more like dreamland) just over 3 weeks ago. The experience has stuck with me and my kids ever since, little Mary and Garth loved the staff member Josh. He was so helpful and told us to “enjoy our movie” little did we know we ruddy would. Would give it 10 stars if I could.

An unforgettable experience at this prestigious cinema! But none of it would be possible without the hard work and graft from their loyal and dedicated employee, Josh, who gave me directions to my screen and gave me direct instructions to “enjoy my film” Incredible establishment, can’t wait to go again!

I came in yesterday with my Nan who has cerebral palsy. The young man, Josh, couldn’t have given us a better experience. He made my nan feel so welcomed and relaxed. He even gave us recommendations for the best greyhound racing tracks in the local area. I think my Nan loves him. Kudos to Josh and the odeon team!
