Went to see Wicked. Moved screens from one booked. Sound balance awful. Music overpowering the singing- could hardly hear the singing. Approached staff member but nothing done
What a rip off they encourage you to book online to get cheaper tickets then they charge you a booking fee.
I just attended the 2:30 showing of Wicked: For Good. Due to an identity theft situation, I was not able to purchase tickets online. I called Odeon customer service and was told that the Saver Monday promotion would be honored in person, however when I arrived I was told that was not the case. Trying not to be a total “Karen” about it, I asked to speak to a manager.
