I had a great experience at Odeon thanks to Sumaiya. She is always friendly, approachable, and professional. She goes out of her way to make customers feel welcome and valued, whether it’s greeting people with a smile, answering questions patiently, or making sure everything runs smoothly.

Sadly my least enjoyable cinema I've ever been to! On two separate film occasions, I had instances of people persistently talking during the film. First time, they left, but second I had to leave the screening area twice to speak to staff but still persisted! They were stunned as to why I didn't mention earlier when I clearly did. Fortunately I got compensated with free ticket, but it's so frustrating these occasions are ruined by mainly youngsters!
