OK - but VUE better seats. They are very naughty how they try to trick you into signing up to their partners monthly subscription, when buying online tickets, it's not easy to get past that - you don't realise until you see your credit card bill - very underhand Odeon - stop that practise!!!
I've been watching a movie in Odeon Basingstoke at Screen 4 seat G7 at 19.20 on 27.04.25. The seat which I was sat on is completely infested with bed beg. The joy of watching a movie has gone in vain as I was scratching my body head to toe. I would have spoken this to the staff immediately out from screen, but rather I drive back home and had a shower to settle me down first. I would like to place a formal complaint on this matter and would like the management to investigate on this issue please.
Good to get the real cinema experience. Odeon Basingstoke is great for the free parking, big screen, and never too busy so seat choice is nearly always easy. Cheap seat price blended with the overpriced popcorn makes it overall good value.
