If you give deposit to them, don’t expect you get it back. Consider it is gone! No matter how clean you kept the house, they will find fault or they will create one and take all your deposit! Stay away from this agency! They are modern thieves.
This isn’t a drop in office space. Access is by appointment only. The hours reflect when they are available by phone rather than when they are in the office.
The least professional letting agents I have ever rented through!! Incredibly rude and unwelcoming, constantly trying to be argumentative for the sake of it.
Awful communication throughout tenancy, house was in awful condition when we moved in, including wood lice in the kitchen and multiple bedrooms. House was left cleaner than arrived and still took majority of our deposit for silly over charged things that is simple wear and tear, they take advantage of students and if you try to contact them they will ignore you for weeks!
Thieves House was unclean when arrived and didn’t match up the the original (move in) inventory sent to tenants before arrival. Even after sending a tennant self inventory to highlight things that were not shown, attempts were still made to charge us for damage that was there upon arrival. They also blatantly fabricated damage (e.g. accusing us of using blutack on walls in rooms where there wasn’t even anything hung up in walls).
