Would put 0 stars if possible, worst estate agents I’ve experienced, agreed to move into an apartment, signed contracts and then was told the unit wasn’t available. Moved to another unit within the building which was smaller and then had non stop issues with maintenance which wasn’t resolved. The building was advertised as for “working professionals” but within months 3 different drug dealers where living in the building causing chaos. Offered a viewing. Went to viewing. Stated my interest/rang up to confirm. Told I'd be called back to let me know that day. Had to chase up to find out that the property had been taken the day before the viewing!

Worst agency to ever exist on planet earth. Greedy money grabbing scums, within the first inventory myself and wife pointed out woodlice, water leaking from upstairs bathroom, damp walls, mould, there was no Gas safe certificate either, dust and dead flies left on the window sills.
