Total waste of my time and completely unreliable. Firstly, the man called Spencer, never answer my call. He only answered once after my several attempted. After several calls and e mails I eventually got through. They promised he will call me a week later regarding my delivery but the call never came.. I left several messages all ignored. Very disappointed! I called the company and agreed to install iron fence and gate for my front garden. We have agreed iron fence and gate be coated. He told me he will do it in two weeks time. But it took him 2 months. The gate is poor design, hinges and lock are poor quality. He promised me iron fence to be coated but I thoroughly inspect it, it is not been coated, it just painted.
