I had an interview with the supervisors and they were very nice.
I have had a lot of great people who took very great care of me... I had a colon resection on the 10th of April, and I am now on the 6th floor... All my Dr's who were in surgery were awesome, all of the surgery nursing personal were amazing how fast they were taking care of the pain... I have to say that I also have amazing nursing personal on the 6th floor... I am in room 630, and they have been keeping up with my pain medication, I call and they come right away... I Really love this place my mother is always treated so nice .the entire staff always go that extra mile my mother has stage 4 lung cancer and the caring and positive energy keeps her uplifted.
PET scn folks were wonderful. Check in desk not so much. I arrived at 0720 for my 8 am appointment. I was told to take a number and have a seat. My number 05. Number called 86. At 0805 4 more employees came up behind the desk and I was called late. When I asked if being late would effect my appointment she looked at one of the other employees gave me a smirk and said nothing. I did not tell her I worked for ochsner nor did I tell her I was about to fall from the pain I was in...they should have more than one person to check ... read more
Would love to have an experience, too bad when you call you can't get an appt until about a month or two later.
