Had wonderful service yesterday on 3 red floor my nurse was Gail she was so helpful and sweet had a heart procedure !
I spent so much time at Ochsner North Shore that everyone knows me by my first name these folks are the most caring Doctor's and Nursing staff in the entire world the quality of the care at this small Slidell hospital is bar none ! And I have to say a few word's on the behalf of the good folks who work behind the scenes the food service people work hard at making sure you get what you want to eat good hot meals, the people in Nuke Med the best , C.T. Horrible experience with my dad in the hospital. Dirty rooms, garbage can not being emptied daily. 9th floor is the worst
Never used it for myself but my boyfriend was there for cancer surgery. His Doctor was wonderful! Also Oschner and staff were awesome! We were there yesterday for an MRI! Already got the results! Great! The only thing went wrong was I lost a set of keys!
My husband has been a patient for 2 years now. Last year he was blessed with a new heart. All of the transplant team are terrific and on top of everything. Very caring and great nurses and staff. Love it!!
My Love had surgery yesterday and even though scary the professionalism and technological advances in the facility made it a stress free experience...Thank Youuuuuuuu so much♡
Absolutely disgusting hospital. Broken glass on the floor at the end of my husband's bed since last night. I got here this morning and 3 times I complained and still there's glass. Floors are dirty and not cleaned properly. Just disgusting. Communication with doctors is non-existent. Once this nightmare is over, never will I step foot in this place again.
Well the nurses I had yesterday were fantastic. Dr Townsend was great also. I had a few surgeries there and had good experiences. But yesterday was quite different.
As a double lung recipient my care is outstanding. My transplant team outstanding. The nurses are outstanding. You name the category it's outstanding. Wait remember it's hospital food�but they're working on that.
