The Professionalism is off the chain. Love that each department is uniformly dressed so u know what department they belong to. Look so professional. Everyone very helpful. Speeedy service. No long wait. Love that there is a hotel connected. The cafeteria is AWESOME. Feel like ur in a restaurant. Multiple food options. Different cuisine to pick from. I wish all hospitals was like that. Thank you Oshsner. Just wish y'all wasn't so far.

im having two surgeries done there one major one minor and so far I have nothing but good things to say about the hospital the staff is friendly and professional the hospital is clean
The medical staff was proficient and caring. We were in a semiprivate room. Hello? Ochsner?? It's 2017!!! You ought to be ashamed. We live three hours away, so since wife couldn't leave until we got some answers, we spent almost $350 for two nights at the Brent House. When did private rooms for people who live away stop being a priority? This is horrible.
The medical staff and everyone was amazing.the only problem we had was my husband was scheduled for surgery for 8: 30 in the morning and never was brought to surgery until 1:00 which I know unexpected things happen but being a diabetic and not being able to eat or drink anything since midnight really needs to be worked on

This is the best possible place we could have been. All of the staff was concerned, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable! We could ask any questions and they explained whatever we needed clarified. But coolest of all, they prayed with us, and for us. God bless this hospital!!�
