Great hospital, awesome doctors! My only complaint is the billing and coding department! I have two BlueCross insurances that are CONSTANTLY billed incorrectly or one is removed! Coding CONSTANTLY doesn't code correctly. By constantly I mean I have dealt with this same issue for 4+ years!
I had liver transplant surgery 2-1/2 weeks ago. I'm doing much better now, thanks to Ochsner. They have a very caring staff and keep close tabs on your progress. I only had 1 bad experience while I was in the hospital and that was with a nurse technician in the wee hours of the morning. The other hundreds of people I saw were great to me and my family.
Despite the fact that I live in Youngsville I will always go to Ochsners for complete comprehensive medical care. I can not say enough good about the care and professional treatment with the optomalogy team and Dr Lionel Boudreaux yesterday. See you guys next week. You've been my go too place since 1974.
Our experience was wonderful my dad had a short stay procedure where the staff showed professionalism on both shifts I encountered. I must say we have no complaints regarding our experience. Many thanks for the care my dad received. Your compassion, patience and care has a great impact on the recovery of patients. May God continue to bless you as you care for his creation.
My granddaughter was admitted for an ablation. We were treated with expertise and empathy. The professionalism we received was commendable. The whole staff was extremely nice and professional. We were kept informed by medical staff of progress during the procedure. We stayed at the Brent House Hotel and enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hospital and hotel. Very nice!!
