This hospice company let us down consistently. The nurse breezed in and out twice a week. She said she was ordering supplies and didn’t. I had to run around several times looking for simple things like a nasal cannula or pressure wound bandages after they were promised to be delivered and weren’t. The hospital bed and other medical equipment still hasn’t been picked up. Her bed is just there, staring at us. This is my PSA. I’ve been an employee of this hospital for 19 years. Very rarely had family members here. I can say with no doubt that they saved my dad’s life. His care has been amazing. The doctors have been personable and knowledgeable. The nurses had been competent and caring. Everyone else from lab down to housekeeping have done their jobs efficiently and friendly.
