Spent 5 1/2 hrs in the ER waiting room with family member. She was never seen. Left so she could go see someone who could help her. During the time we sat waiting the nurses and doctors came in the waiting room talking and giving personal information that should be protected by HIPA for all to hear. One person had positive urinary tract infection. One had infection of wound on his leg and I assume eventually he was taken back for treatment. Three women had their names called for urine specimen. One. Had upper respiratory inf... read more

Since I moved here in the late 70’s EAMC has been serving me& mine. I have watched it’s progress through the years. They have always treated and cared for me & mine with professional integrity, concern, compassion, understanding, and went sometimes above & beyond the call of duty in their duties. They have had growing pains, like all of us. But IF I have to be hospitalized, this is the place I’d rather be. They are “family” to me.

Can't recommend Heartlite Hospice enough. They were a godsend in helping me care for my mother. Everyone we dealt with was kind, thoughtful, reassuring, and helpful. Indeed, they became friends to my mom, and she treated their visits as a social occasion as much as the care she received. Thank you so much!

Housecalls Hospice has the greatest Team Staff!! They recently took care of my grandma until she passed away a few days ago!! I was very impressed with the Nurses, Social Worker and Chaplain!! They were the most caring, patient and understanding as well as professional!! They are available day or night for your loved ones needs!!

Patient was brought in by ambulance. They took her off the streacher and put her in a wheel chair. Pushed patient out to the waiting room in the ER. Admission staff was rude. No I do not recommend going to the ER. They have no communication. They said the doctor would be in in a little. Three hours later still no doctor. They may have changed the name of this hospital but the staff is terrible. They need to close it down.
