Amazing staff took great care of my Son when he had his tonsils removed. Very caring & attentive to his and our needs!
Had a great experience in the MUSC ER on a sunday afternoon. It was packed, but the staff helped us all in a way that was efficient but caring. Dr and NP were great at explaining things and answering the questions of a 9 year old with a broken arm. The ER referred us to the MUSC orthopedist and it was great to have all of our information, including xrays, there ahead of us and the visit went smoothly. Very happy with our visit to the MUSC ER and the MUSC Lancaster Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine!

My 13 year old had the best care today. We had a nurse by the name of David who had her feeling better and laughing in no time. Dr David was in checking on her a few times and got her in and out with fluids and meds. Thank you!

NEEDS BETTER COMMUNICATION AMONG DOCTORS, CLEANLINESS IMPROVEMENT, UPDATE PHYSICAL APPEARANCE/ENVIRONMENT. GET OUT THE 80s AND GET WITH 2020 TECHNOLOGY TREATMENT PLAN AND OVER-ALL MANAGEMENT.
They sent me out with incorrect information and sent UAB the wrong information, I might be dead if I had not followed with the doctor in spite of being told to just wait, wait for a call that would never happen because the wrong information was inputed
RecommendedI have been to Kenner many times. I could even begin to tell how great it is there. The doctors nurses radiology are all wonderful. I recommend it highly. I’m so glad my doctor in Mississippi recommend them. I haven’t gone anywhere but here for 4 years. I rate them 5 stars. Thank you for being so great and treating me with such kindness.
My daughter is in the emergency room at this moment right now. Has been there since 430 this afternoon and no one has done anything for her. The staff has been really rude in the emergency department. And that she could be kicked out because she asked for Tylenol.
