Worst hospital ever I wouldn’t recommend to no one try your best to make to cmc or rock hill waiting to be seen you’ll been done died they take forever 6/10 hrs then rush you when you get to the back ! I’m 5wks pregnant had bad abdominal pain I came in at 1am fell asleep woke up it’s 7am still haven’t been seen it’s ridiculous

3 1/2 hours just sitting in the waiting room while in PAIN.
The doctors and nurses were very respectful and showing they care but it was the customer service from the front desk that made a 5 star go to a 3. It’s not what is said when they are speaking to someone, it’s what is said after they believe no one is listening. The pure rudeness. Calling an elderly women a liar and laughing at patients. I understand that everyday isn’t gonna be the best nor will every patient that walks through these doors be the nicest but it is their job to smile and do their job.
