RecommendedI’ve had a not-so-great opinion of IMC for years. Unorganized, ridiculous wait time, rude employees. They’ve obviously made some big changes. I had to two of my boys to the ER this week, every person we crossed was kind, thorough, and compassionate for my boys. We didn’t wait long, each person made sure to understand my concerns, and also made sure I understood what was going on. RecommendedMy siblings and I are beyond grateful to everyone at Compassion Care!! Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with our initial hospice provider and lost hope on how hospice would work moving forward! From day 1 we felt a sense of caring and assistance from everyone there!! RecommendedEach time I have been there, I have received excellent thoughtful care. From the janitorial staff to the surgeons they were kind and personally pleasant and efficient. The nursing staff deserves all the raises they can get. Thank you.oh and the people ferrying you to your cars when leaving we’re down right Happy for you.
