These people are horrible and I have had 2 awful experiences with them. First time was after Open Heart Surgery a year ago and now a 2nd time. All they are doing is racking up revenue from billing your Medicare Insurance. They lack any Communication skills with your primary Dr and pretty much are billing you just to come take your vitals.
My daughter had all of her wisdom teeth removed this week by Dr. Heape. Due to Covid, no one was able to go in with her. Even though she is a young adult this makes a momma somewhat anxious. OFS staff took great care of her. She loved the staff and Dr. Heape. She had pain for about 4 hrs following surgery and after that she was pain free. I would highly recommend OFS to anyone needing oral surgery.
I came in on 4/29 for a horrible "migraine" I had had almost 2 weeks. I had heard and felt a "pop" in my head near my shunt. They did a regular CT and shunt series, gave me 3 shots in the butt and sent me home. 3 days later I felt even worse. So, I decided to go where my Neurosurgeon is. They did a CT angiogram and MRI. I had had a stroke.
Everyone was really great!! I was quite nervous about the procedure and they made me feel at ease. Very professional and extremely friendly staff!!! Dr. Fuqua is awesome 👍.
I had to bring my daughter in today as she busted her chin open. From check in to check out everyone was amazing. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Teddi and NP Rachel Z for going above and beyond to keep my daughter calm and safe.
I am a UT hospice musical volunteer, playing banjo and singing songs for patients facing the Final Phase of life. I have seen people who are no longer able to speak, yet they are able to flawlessly pronounce all the words to Amazing Grace along with me. sometimes a smile when they recognize The Beverly Hillbillies theme. Musical memory goes all the way to the bottom of the brain.
Very caring, supportive group. Very professional nurses and therapists. Highly recommend their services
Worked here for 18 years. Love the way they treat you like family.
