RecommendedDr.French and his staff were very professional. I got there a half hour early, was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival , took x-rays, saw the doctor got a diagnosis and was given two shots. All in a very professional manner. Extremely cordial staff.Next appointment in April!

ELK VALLEY No one shows up to work for my cousin and when they do they are comically late. EVEN THE NURSE CALLED OUT TODAY right before her shift! The nurse who was coming in place of the CNA who hasn’t been there in a long time either. AND THE OFFICE DONEST DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT OR CARE!!!! It’s so ridiculous and shameful that you treat your patients this way!

On Feb 19, I went to the ER bleeding from an injury caused by a friend's dog. He jumped up and his teeth cut my chin. It was a rather nasty cut that needed medical attention. As a resident I had long feared having to be treated at Springs Memorial. The hospital is completely different now. From the moment of sign-in until they discharged me two hours later, I felt they valued me and my time.
