The therapists are great! But there is one home health nurse that is absolutely HORRIBLE! She doesn’t know how to work a midline port to draw blood. FORCED my grandfather to go to E.R. when he had ALLERGIES. The E.R. Doctor said he did not have fluid in his lungs. The nurse there even drew blood from his port. This family is FED up with all of this crap they have put us through!! If it wasn’t for the therapists we would have already switched to a different company.

I would NEVER recommend WillCare, for one thing, they don't do right by their employees. The only time you hear from them is when you do something wrong, they NEVER give the field staff a decent raise, Dunkin and McDonald's pay $1.50 more an hour. We work our butts off and for what, for you to put more money in your pockets than you do for the pca's. When a client calls out your scheduling staff "forgets" to call us, and you NEVER see a nurse or anyone unless it's to do an evaluation!!!
worst experience this place need to be condimed my fiance was involved in a motorcyle accedent and wanted some water i mean even a sip would have been fine well the very RUDE ER DR DONT KNOW HER NAME AND PROLLY ISNT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO KNOW ANYHOW proceeds to tell me to leave all because i asked for a sip of water for him... they said there was a procedure needed to be done the procedure was poping his shoulder back in place NOT GOING UNDER THE KNIFE BUT POPING HIS SHOULDER IN PLACE BY HAND so she couldnt give him no water a... read more
