Awful treatment by the ER Doctor, Complaining to management is a waste of time. The CEO is an arrogant, unethical, mental midget.
Recommendedwhere to begin? I absolutely recommend oral facial surgery of east Alabama. The staff and Drs are amazing and very knowledgeable. I trust then with my children which says a lot. I just had a wisdom tooth extracted and was very nervous, but after it was done I was completely sold a forever customer please call them if you or a family member have a need for an oral surgeon!!!!
Actually help people that go there seeking help for pain rather than just caring about the insurance money.

BY FAR THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER. BEEN HERE SINCE 5PM NO DIAGNOSIS, TOOK 1 HOUR TO CLEAN A BED. THEN THESE NURSES DONT GIVE A RAT BUTT ABOUT YOU. Please drive somewhere else.
Please fix the 5th floor waiting room tv. It hasn’t worked in months. Or take it down. It doesn’t take a genius to fix a TV.
RecommendedNice friendly and professional employees who really take care of their patients needs in a timely and efficient manner. Each time my daughter needed something she received it within a few minutes with a smile and can I get you anything else. I work in a hospital I know this is not the norm.
RecommendedOchsner Kenner maybe smaller in size to main campus, but no less of a professional caring institution. My father spent weeks in Ochsner Kenner and was well cared for and treated with dignity and respect. he wasn't a number. when his symptoms changed and improving you can see on the faces of the nurses Doctors and staff how happy they were for my Dad. you can't fake that..
