Couldn’t brag more about how awesome of an experience we had in L&D, postpartum, and in the nursery. The nurses were very accommodating in aiding me with a natural birth from the wireless monitors, letting me walk in the hallway, and giving me a birthing ball to use. The nurses were very professional and ensured my son and I received excellent care.
I want to brag on Springs Memorial Hospital for just a moment. I know...really?? From the time we walked into the outpatient surgery waiting area, we were treated remarkably! Things didn’t go exactly the way we’d planned, and that didn’t slow the quality of care Jason received. Monica Blakeney, the RN that took care of him in outpatient, treated him like he was the only patient in the hospital. RN is not just her title, it’s her life, it’s in her heart.
