I have needed to bring my mom to the ER a couple times over the last couple years, and the ER & Lab staff have always treated my sweet mom with compassion and TLC - that means the world to me. I am so grateful they were there for us when we needed them! ❤

I had to take my 11 year old son to Springs Memorial last night...I can’t say enough good things about the care that he received there! From the moment we walked into the ER until the moment that we walked out, he was treated like a king!! Thank you to all of the staff there for everything that you do! We would definitely come back, if needed!

I was treated in the emergency room for heart related issues. The care I received was great. Then while I was being discharged, still hooked up to the I. V. , and still lying down on the bed, a woman with a rolling computer barges in my room and ask me what my intentions are regarding my co pay of $80.00! I’ve always paid my Ochsner bill and I couldn’t believe that this happened and in front of everyone! I know Ochsner needs to be paid for their services, but this made them look pathetic!

I finally got an appt with the neurology dept and drove 3 hours for said appt. They waited to call mid morning to let me know that my appt was cancelled. Needless to say my husband and I were not at all happy. So we turned around and drove the 3 hrs back home without seeing anyone.

Business response:

We sincerely apologize for the issue you described, Donna. Can you please email us at feedback@ochsner.org with your name, contact information, and any other details about your experience including the location where you were seen so we can pass it alo…See More

A post from my mom a former patient of Hospice of Central Arkansas, We have had several people asking about hospice care. I believe that this attachment will help answer a lot of questions, I know it did for us. Hospice doesn’t mean that I am giving up. It doesn’t mean end of life. Hospice will give me quality of life. Some people on hospice can live years. Hospice provides everything I need at my home instead of having to travel to find comfort at a doctors office. They have a physician, nurse practitioner, RN’s, aides, cha... read more
