Recommendedmy experience at this Ochsner was great. My Doctor was so understanding and had a wonderful bedside manner. And my nurse, Rene, is the best nurse ever. A total asset to Ochsner hospital and she sets the example of what a nurse should be!
ER staff took care of my daughter and I after a serious car accident. No neuro checks. No assessment of any kind. Itsept for vital signs and IV access they did not touch me. They discharged us after 6 hours with my daughter on crutches and a bad fractured right fibula. No call light was given. I shivered for 3 hours in soaking wet clothes and probably mild shock. RecommendedI can’t say enough about how wonderful this practice is. Every single person I have come in contact with has been so helpful and so welcoming. I had my surgery consultation with Dr. Fuqua and he was super nice, took his time with me and explained everything in detail. Super thorough! Dr. Zouhary did my surgery and was amazing! RecommendedWas in the ER with my father tonight. The lobby was FULL, but I watched the staff work as a team and move the patients through efficiently. Dad and I were in and out in 3 hours. He got excellent care! His nurse, Angie was wonderful! I’ve worked in a lot of hospitals as a travel nurse, and have never seen the teamwork that I saw tonight. Thank you to the staff for everything!
