Dr Erin Biro's staff is awful! Jada her medical assistant didn't stay on top of getting Kathleen Underwood's surgery approved by the insurance company. But didn't say anything until the day before the surgery was scheduled. No one called either to tell us what time to be there. That is how we find out about the insurance because Kathleen had to call them. Then they tried to get her to reschedule the surgery. Seriously! I will drive or be driven feeling terrible and they always help me. The nurses can even make me laugh when I'm in tears! It's a hard job and they deal with a lot but they do it well
I've recently become aware of an employee Cindy Mackles who is posting very hateful racist messages on her social media. Does she represent the values of your Medical Center? She definitely should not have any interactions with people of color. Please do the right thing and terminate her ASAP UNLESS you share her racist views. I look forward to your next public statement stating she's been terminated. Do the right thing!
I may be able to change this depending on their actions. They have a very racist employee on their staff. With no heart and no compassion and no empathy. I hope she does not have to interact with people of color considering she hates us. Cindy Mackles is a disgrace to the medical profession and a disgrace to America. In 2016 there is no room or tolerance for her views and her hatred. I call upon this medical center to do the right thing.
They have a horrid racist working with them, used every offensive description in the book. If you are of color or are not a Asshole's Asshole avoid using this business!!!!
This review is to make you aware of a racist individual named Cindy Mackles who is a member of your staff. Her actions and hateful verbiage on social media is disgusting and unbecoming of a caregiver. She cannot be trusted to administer unbiased care after exhibiting such hatred. I hope that this is not a reflection of the values at Oschner Medical Center and that you will take appropriate action.
