Everyone was courteous and professional! Very minimal wait time, although I felt horrible, my experience there was great!
I had a tumor removed from my brain,rather quickly. Everyone from Ocshner has treated me with such warmth and respect! I have a lot of respect for this facility and it's staff!! I will be having follow up treatment at Ocshner for many year's,and I feel confident in the treatment I will receive.
horrifying. traumatized months later. I come from a family of four generations of physicians and will never visit an emergency room or doctor again. I have copd and quit smoking cigarettes . I also have a brain tumor. went to the er at my physicians request because 8 days of no cigarrets, with the patch on, I slept 24 hours and couldn't wake up after 4 cups of coffee. this somehow turned into an order of commitment for psychiatric care (er resident examined me, er dr called it in without ever seeing me, against the law). bes... read more
It's absolutely disgusting to have to see blatant racism paraded at their pharmacy. They only sell items on black history and nothing for Asians, Hispanics or whites. How can a hospital be allowed to be so racist???
They took such great care of my for the 12 days I was in ICU!!! Great doctors and nurses!!
I'm always spent waiting well past my appointment time at the main campus and will be looking for a new Diabetes Dr. for 2017.
This facility wants you to pay your small premiums while my insurance has paid hefty. And my premiums get paid, but this facility needs better oversight with staff. Particularly the nurses and many of the doctors. Anyone want to know particular experiences just contact me, rather than me rant here. But my wife has extended time her with leukemia stemming from over a year and a recent bone marrow transplant. Also, they regularly serve sour milk in the cafeteria and I just had molded bun for chicken sandwich. Go somewhere else... read more
