I'm totally disappointed in their service that your main campus has provided to my grandmother who happens to be 84 years old and came in with symptoms of a possible mild stroke. I guess it's not of importance of the staff to service someone with those conditions being that she arrived at approx 230PM on 12/27 and it's 11:32 and she is still waiting in the ER for a cat scan.
