The Doctors and nurses were the most caring and gracious people I have ever met in the medical profession. My stay was a blessing to me and my family. Thank you Ochsner and the entire staff In Neurological ICU, Oncology and general medicine.
I like their staff, very professional and courteous and clean facility.
How can you call yourself a emergency room and have people wait over four hours to be seen. Still waiting I must be stupid to wait this long.

This was my 3rd time there in the past few months. I am Deaf and had problems with the hospital getting a sign language interpreter for me. The first time I asked for one when I arrived and they said no problem. Every step of the way when i saw a new staff member, I asked for the interpreter and was told one was coming. After being there 4 hours I finally saw a doctor and as told there was not enough time to get one. they brought a video conferencing machine that connects to as remote interpreter into the room. no one there ... read more
