The best Hospital....
Best hospital in the. Country
Dr. Mello, Dr. Lucas, Jena and all the staff in the PICU was absolutely wonderful when we were there for my sons first and second OHS. Wonderful bed side manner. They were great in explaining every step that we were taking and what was happening. Our social worker Jennifer Ali did a wonderful job getting us set up with our home nursing service and medical supplier. Wouldn't take my son anywhere else.
Hello, on last night 5/12/14 my mother was brought to the ER because she could barely catch her breath and was about to pass out. Earlier that day she called her doctor and he told her to go the ER so they could do a stress test. When she arrived they brought her to do a EKG but she was still shaking like a leaf and her pressure was like 117/82 (her doctor advised to keep it higher than this) which seems normal but its not. I'm furious. I've been sitting in surgery waiting room for 1 1/2 hours for my mother to be called back for prep. Why tell her to be here for 8 and you haven't even called her back and it's 9:30!
Possibly the worst experience I've had. They didn't call to pre-authorize my procedure until after they did the prep. So now I sit waiting DURING my appointment time while they try and contact my insurance company. Really??? Oh, but they had no problem taking my $50 copay yesterday. Ridiculous.
Rene' Tina and Christina and Andrew are the best nurses I have come across In a long time god bless these fine people!!
