The front Waiting time was acceptable and the lady who updated my information up front was nice&respectful, but after they took my vitals, I WAITED 45 MINUTES.. patiently waiting to see a doctor. After waiting so long, I left and do not plan on returning. I don’t know how much longer this doctor would have taken to see me. This is suppose to be “urgent care” and they showed absolutely no urgency towards me as well as others in the waiting room in the front. This is a sad representation of Ochsner.
RecommendedDr Wasserman used to be my dad’s pediatrician and mine and now my 4 girls go there , he’s not one of the best he is the best period........ I love Dr Wasserman and the nurses at this location nothing no matter how small or stupid it sounds goes out that door without being checked on they are so thorough caring and informative. They love kids but the best part kids love them great job guys keep up the great work y’all do everyday because it really makes a difference......
