When you are in there the staff are very friendly and helpful
Avoid, this doctors its horrible have to wait weeks on end for an appointment to then be told to make an appointment with someone else I have sever mental health problems I have bpd and history of tbi and possibly autistic went in for help today and was basically told can’t/won’t help me then asked what I wanted done today. Was then told I need to go private to get an assessment for autism diagnosis and told to make an appointment with a nurse which doesn’t have any appointments till November. They refused to see me because I was one minute late for check in and they had no regard for the fact im wheelchair bound, im suffering from cancer and its incredibly difficult for me to get to and through the health centre. I’m also autistic and get time blindness which means under the 2010 equality act this practice should be making reasonable adjustments such as moving the appointment a few minutes later, not making me feel even worse when my mental health is already through the floor and I contemplate cancelling my life ... read more
