Fast service. Food was good, except for the baked potatoes - tasted like they had been sitting in a refrigerator. Once I was able to get someone's attention, I had completed the protein.
The scrumptious hot dinner rolls have been changed. The new ones are inferior to the ones that used to be served. The presentation of the entrée looked like a plate of pasta that had been sitting under a heat light for quite some time. The sauce was really not good at all. We've always had terrific food at O'Charley's, but this was a huge disappointment.
First off, I would like to make it known that our waitress was great and did her best to make sure we were taken care of. With that said.. My problem is with one of the other waitresses who felt the need to divulge her entire life story at the top of her lungs to another waitress who sat at the bar. I recently went to lunch with a friend - part for fun and part to show him how to use an internet program. My friend likes to ask lots of questions about items that are available and to find out as much as he can about anything. Came with the family just to grab a good bite to eat and end up having a great bite to eat everything was amazing including the server Zakk he took really good care of us and we will most definitely be returning
Bad service. Long wait with tables open. App time was at twenty minutes. Food had been under a heat lamp. Not coming back.
Usually everything is fine. Today,however, not so much. We had to wait about 8 minutes for waitress to get during orders. Another 10 or more minutes for rolls. Had to carry two things back from our table and I even heard the guy at next table tell manager his food was cold. I understand Sunday's are busy but that is the time to step up your game and have enough help.
We are at @OCharleys right now and the server forgot to bring the salad, food is cold, and so is the coffee
I loved being at O'Charley's Restaurant, the company was great...always great being with family, food was excellent and the price was right..didn't care for the drinks, tasted like no alcohol at all although it was paid for, not worth the price.
