The food was delicious. The service was excellent. BUT I was MOST impressed when the Manager RAN out to our cars to deliver my Grandson's Ninja Turtle Sunglasses he had left on the table - we would have surely seen tears when he realized his loss. Thank You So Much �

I haven't ate at O' Charley's for a while and I decided to take my daughter there after her senior installation on yesterday and I must say that I was disappointed in my meal, my bake potato was hard as if it was in the microwave to long and then it was cold, the steak wasn't medium well it was medium the rolls taste as if they didn't bake long enough and the waitress could have been more attentive to our need but I gave her a tip anyway. I will not be going back "PERIOD".
It was TERRIBLE will be a long time before I go back and the waiter had a very bad attitude not satisfied plus they were running out of mostly everything you ordered not good O'Charley
The service was a little slow, we had to wait to be served, the store wasn't extremely busy. But in the end the food was excellent and the wait ended up being irrelevant.
It had been a long time since I was able to enjoy O'Charley's. I stopped going completely for a long time because the service was terrible and the food would be hard like it had sit under a heat lamp for far to long. After 5 long years, I finally decided to give it another chance. I was thrilled to be greeted with a smiling face, and even more thrilled that the food tasted fresh and delicious. My daughter and I will make this a regular lunch date stop. We LOVE the loaded potato soup! Yumm-O!!
We recently visited the o'charleys in fultondale alabama on Friday August 5th and after we had eaten my nephew said he didn't like his food. We figured he was just full but as he went to the car with a family friend we looked over to his food to find completely a RAW inside of the kids mini corn dogs. We only hope the others weren't like this but if they were from the same batch I'm sure they were. Now we understand that kids eat free this month but this is an UNACCEPTABLE meal to feed a child. My family and I will never eat there again. The food and service was terrible! When we walked in and the hostess was rude we should have left because it only got worse. I will say it again...Food and service was terrible!!
So they serve not just wilted but rotten lettuce in the salad and they barely apologize and give you $3 off your $25 bill. The filet was very good, service acceptable, but who thinks $3 off is going to make me want to return there and take a chance on another meal?
