Order radiator told in stock, not in stock. Strange customer service
Very poor company to deal with. They never answer their phone, the store is always closed and they made me waste 4 days, waiting for a bath, only to turn around and say it is not available! I will never deal with them again!
Found them on line, wanted to buy a radiator, site states in stock, arrived to find not in stock! Ordered for next day delivery, waited in all day did not arrive called over 10 times from midday no reply, sent email no reply, sent message no reply, went on their web page sent message no reply!
Not good experience Bought brand new toilet water is keep on running since first day as valve is not shutting properly,it's been 1 month requesting but still waiting for part.....people might goes once not again nor anyone recommend...
All looked promising and delivered as advised although I agreed to a change of 2 x toilets as out of stock. Then wrong sinks sent, phoned several times, told they would be exchanged but waited in twice and nobody came. Sinks don't fit the pedestals properly ( i asked if they would be ok.....), toilet seats don't fit the toilets. I can't be bothered to chase again as they don't stick to the plan agreed, I'll just go elsewhere and warn others to be on their guard if using this company.
