Love this place very friendly staff rooms were nice and roomier than expected,love the trail to the beach and walking distance to so many different places to eat i can't wait to come back.
Solid place to stay while you are visiting OB. Friendly staff and very helpful with all needs. Within a mile walk to downtown OB. clean place as well.

Took my parents and kids here in October. The location is great. The room was a perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids. The bad...we woke up to tons of black ants all over the sink and fridge. And there was a horrible smell of cat urine coming from the bathroom area. Could still smell it even with the door closed. Told the front desk. They didn't know where the smell was coming from. They gave us a bottle of Febreeze to spray for the smell (which didn't help just made it smell like floral cat urine) and said they'd have mainte... read more

Excellent location, very close to the beach, great breakfast, friendly staff, warm pool. The rooms are large but a bit worn, pull out sofa was a bit lumpy. The beds were very comfy though. If you don't like dogs you should probably choose another hotel, the rooms on the lower level is for dogs (and their owners), lots of dogs on the lawn outside and on the nearby Dog Beach.
