Extremely knowledgeable staff... between their knowledge and capabilities at their facility and the emergent care at my primary care Vet at West Greenwich Animal Hospital, they saved my dogs life who was in a very dangerous, critical and grave state. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. State of the art equipment, medicine and knowledge.
Nurses and front desk staff are just plain amazing. The doctors are a bit hit or miss. First one was not pleasent but the next doctor was extremely well spoken and informative. They are expensive but you get what you pay for. They're top notch
Sadly my husky was in grave condition last night when we drove from Ct. she had labored breathing and needed oxygen when we arrived. The staff was fast. A triage tech came and carried her as she was struggling to walk. The Dr. Was so compassionate and caring and open. We found our girl had very advanced cancer. The staff gave us time to spend with our girl before she was assisted to the rainbow bridge. I want to thank the staff for their kindness and patience and the care they gave out girl.
RecommendedPeople at Ocean State veterinarian specialist very kind very nice and caring. They took care of my guinea pig and they made sure she got the treatment she needed center home with the medicine she needed. And I’m happy to say that she is doing much better. Thank you ocean state veterinarian for helping scarlet.

My Cockatiel has a life long history with OSV. I came home to a badly bent bloodfeather after a thunderstorm that must have terrified him. Given his history of not clotting well I knew he required immediate attention. After a quick call I brought him in for an emergency visit. He was handled with care and sent home to rest from the stressful event. I have confidence that anytime we go in for a checkup or an emergency he is well cared for
There is no doubt in my mind that our precious Shandy deserved better care than she received here. A major reason she is not with us today is due to the lack of professionalism and communication we experienced . The cardiologist never found the time to speak to us either. I am totally disgusted with this money hungry operation
