There is no doubt in my mind that our precious Shandy deserved better care than she received here. A major reason she is not with us today is due to the lack of professionalism and communication we experienced . The cardiologist never found the time to speak to us either. I am totally disgusted with this money hungry operation
RecommendedMy Cockatiel has a life long history with OSV. I came home to a badly bent bloodfeather after a thunderstorm that must have terrified him. Given his history of not clotting well I knew he required immediate attention. After a quick call I brought him in for an emergency visit. He was handled with care and sent home to rest from the stressful event. I have confidence that anytime we go in for a checkup or an emergency he is well cared for

We saw Dr Kane, the cardiologist, yesterday. We were so impressed with the time he spent with us explaining my little chihuahua's heart disease and our options. My dogs are like my children and he made us feel very comfortable and hopeful. He was very understanding even when I got all teary eyed talking about my baby 😄The staff was great as well. Especially Christine, his vet tech. So compassionate.
Ocean State Veterinary Hospital were phenomenal. From the moment we called about bringing my cat in to the moment we checked out everyone there were super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Impeccable bedside manner, clean premises, and they ensure your pet is well taken care of! I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you, Ocean State!!
