We brought our 14 year old llapsa-poo into our local vet in CT for a cough that was progressive since December 2017, now March 2017. The vet felt that our dog needed a higher level of care than they could provide and referred us to OSVS for emergency care. Our dog was very well cared for by all the staff and we were given the news that he has a collapsed trachea, enlarged heart and a heart murmur that All needed immediate treatment.
