Dec 2020 during covid- difficult to get through on the phone - but what on earth do you expect? Everyone and their dog needs a Covid test right now if travelling near Christmas... The occupational health service is all a part of the regular GP practice. Sorted a rapid antigen test via email a mere 4 days prior, was seen within 5 minutes of the allotted appointment (do arrive 10 minutes early to check in, they're busy), was seen promptly and professionally by a GP, temp tested prior to going into the clinic. Extremely unprofessional, they completely stopped answering my emails half way through booking a test. Not reacheable by phone either. Avoid.
