I give OC Plaza Dentistry Five Stars-Plus. In 1997 I was referred to this office by a dental surgeon. I took that advice and have had all my dental work done with Dr. Michael Campbell and Dr. Lo-Bue Campbell ever since. They are professional, skilled and personable. They work together, and so a patient often has the benefit of receiving two consultations during the course of a single visit. All the office staff persons are upbeat. The office is bright and cheerful in both design and human ambiance.
Absolutely love this practice. This is a fantastic husband-wife duo and their staff are like their family. I have had a lot of support and work done to get my mouth health taken care. From wisdom teeth, to cavities, they have made sure I they were fixed and that I was happy. Their billing ladies have been so wonderful as well.
I was under the drill for 4 hours which is probably the longest I have been under the drill. It was grueling, but pleasant enough. The headphones with the music made it easier. I am looking forward to the temporaries that will cover my gapes
The staff and dentists are VERY nice and accommodating. I always have to squeeze my appointments in on my lunch hour and they always make sure I'm out on time. Even when I had 3 teeth they had to fill, I was out an hour before I needed to be. They offered videos with headsets to keep me occupied while I was getting my teeth filled and continually made sure I was comfortable. They are very thorough and have the most up-to-date technology. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with very friendly people. Everyone I came into contact with were extremely helpful and pleasant. They make going to the dentist a joyful experience.
Dr. Michael is the best considering I am a very high maintenance patient. My visit was a good one.
Everything was good, but bottom tooth that got the filling is still experiencing some discomfort
I absolutely love this dentist. I have been going here for 15 years, and I can honestly say I have no plans of ever leaving. This is far out of my way from work and home, but worth the drive. The facility is very clean, the staff is beyond kind, and Teresa the hygienist is FANTASTIC! She has such a gentle touch, and is so knowledgable and patient.
