Shocking company. Being trying to raise a formal complaint against repairs undertaken. You have to contact them directly to do this. All my correspondence to them via email comes back saying my email is blocked. They don't answer the phone when you call them directly. Deliberately continuing to obstruct my attempts to resolve the issue. Customer Service is disgusting. Car went in for door crash repair caused by a third party and came out with 3 different issues that didn't exist prior to repairs. Shoddy work ethics and arrog... read more

On 4th January my car was taken to OCM Reading for repair to rear wing for slight accident damage. Six weeks later on 12th February the car was returned. The repair was okay, however, the boot release button wasn't working, there were interior trim fixings missing. But most importantly the spare wheel cover tool tray and spare wheel tools were missing. BEWARE! REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS Botched my car repairs, caused damage to my care whilst they had it. Zero quality control or checks (which they ultimately accepted). No accountability. I found them to be incompetent, unprofessional, unethical and dishonest, from the top down. Nothing but contempt for their customers. Shame on you OC Motors. I wouldn't trust you to wash my car let alone "repair it"

Absolutely disgusting repair shop car went in for a damaged driver and passenger door but came back with them repaired but damaged windscreen, paintwork, glue stuck on roof and a bigger gap on the driver door than the passenger door sent car back but since then heard nothing tried contacting but the phone is never answered would not recommend
