Extremely friendly customer service and very knowledgeable staff. No nonsense and they put new lenses in my current frames on site. No need to send anything off or wait weeks. Best optician I've been to for years.
First time I used this opticians and what an amazing service. Everyone was so lovely and knowledgeable. I got my specs in a week because they do it in house. There wasn't much change to my prescription but the difference in the quality of the lenses is very noticeable. I am very pleased and would highly recommend
Graham kindly saw me same day for an issue I had in my eye. He was very knowledgeable and thorough when checking my eyes and made me feel at ease, as I was nervous and worried. All the staff here are very lovely and welcoming, would 100% recommend- thank you !!
