I had an amazing experience with Nicky! She was always super fast and clear with all the process, couldn't recommend this small agency enough. I would say the highlight of this company is the professionalism but never forgetting the human side.
My partner and I worked with Nicky in finding our first home together. She was very patient, relaxed and understanding throughout the whole process. Nicky was always readily available with providing us updates through phone calls and emails. She was so sweet that she even provided us with champagne and a card for us to enjoy on the day we got our keys. Very very happy
Thanks to the OB Property, I was able to find a perfect new home to rent for myself and my dog! Nicky was never pushy as like other property agents, very good communication, and she was very helpful not only in the offer process but also in sorting out other things for settling down etc information for internet, bills and council tax etc. I would definitely recommend OB Property to anyone who would like to find a new flat to stay :)
