Candice was a fantastic resource... she spent hours understanding the needs of my mother-in-law, compiling detailed recommendations based on what she heard, and arranged tours with our top choices. Fantastic service that made making a difficult decision a lot easier.
My father was at Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital for 21 days. The caseworker asked me if I had talked to a Senior Advisor. My response was, "What is a Senior Advisor" ? I received a list of names from which to choose. I started with Oasis Senior Advisors NW Houston, and never looked back. Calm, fast, efficient and conscientious start to finish.
