RecommendedThe falafel is perfectly crispy and the Moroccan eggplant salad is amazingly authentic! The only place reminiscent of Turkish (though not specifically Turkish) flavors I’ve managed to find in Iowa.
Here’s what I know: when I travel to see former Iowa City friends what they want is OASIS hummus. My ice packs are now well travelled and yes it does mean now I have to check bags. But worth it!
