Wait times for appointments are insanely long. Got a very uncaring vibe from everyone I spoke to. Ok enough for vaccines but I am considering finding somewhere else.
Very unprofessional, don’t know how to properly treat animals.
Extremely disgusted with this vet. I go there because my dog has a scab on his left testicle (main reason why I went today) and was told that they can’t check it because he wouldn’t let Them. They told me they will check it when he gets neutered. Unacceptable. What if I didn’t want to get him neutered yet. Why did they have to take him into a room without me to check it when if he was with me they could have checked. RecommendedThe staff all seem very nice. However I was told over the phone by one of the staff that would be able to bring my son in with me and then when I got there was told I couldn’t. It is what it is. I was upset at first but completely understand the safety precautions that have been put into place that they must follow. Definitely recommend.

This is the second time I called since this office location is very convenient for me. Today I called for a recommendation on a specialist and the person answering the phone was rude in need of Customer Service Training.
Awesome experience. They removed a tumor... very professional yet super kind and loving with my crazy black lab. 💙
Was told certain pricing on stuff and was charged more for my appointment and my cats procedure. Got nothing but attitude and a wave goodbye! horrible customer service! would NOT recommend this vet at all!!
