The doctors have taken care of my pup (now 8 years old) when she needed it most! The vet techs are always so sweet and are able to calm my anxious girl down when she enters her least favorite place. They have saved my dogs life on multiple occasions and I will continue to bring my dogs here in the future because of the outstanding care we have received every single time !!!
I brought in a dog that had been dropped off and tied to my cousins door knob over a year an a half ago. We had just lost our family dog the month before and were nervous to take in a another senior dog.The veterinarians at Oakwood were honest with us about her age but were able to see that she was healthy. They gave her the basic shots, trimmed her nails, and thanked us for taking an this abandoned dog. we have been going to oakwood since they opened. we used to go to their sister clinic bought before that for over 3 years. The Dr's ,vet techs,receptionists re all very nice and compassionate.We ususally see Dr Mongil for our 2 guinea pigs Lucky and Simon If Dr Mongil isn;t on and Skippy our dog Issick we ususally see Dr wagner who is an excellent vet too.I I'm happy to give them my money their not overpriced and they try to do all they can to help your pets.I won'''t take m pets anywhere else
the doctors are so sweet, talented, and provided a calming presence for two freaked out cats. happy to keep my $ in Troy.
I absolutely love Dr Mongil. I usually see him for my bunny Francis and I also see him for my cat Ferdinand and Joey. He is very knowledgeable and very personable and puts you at ease. He always has a smile and words of encouragement. Keep up the good work!
