I greatly appreciate the time Dr. Polnak took with my dogs the other day. He was so patient and kind, especially with my border collie mix who is very shy and scared. He took the time to allow her to be comfortable with him and his wonderful assistant before proceeding with her exam. Thank you for such a positive visit.
